- 3 X 10 pushups
- 3 X 20 sit ups
- 3 X 30 squats
- 3 X 25 lunges/leg
- 3 X 80 jumping jacks
- 3 X 60 sec tree sit  (at Nacka)

I was today whole day exploring #Gotland and it is amazing place , so beautiful and it is a must that you visit Raukområdet in Langhammnar, with these stones pointing out from the beach. Suggested in early morning and in time of the #sunset  (at Gotland, Fårö)
