Thinking the last days how and what to do for better trainings and more efficiency and came up with the new plan I’m working now and will post the link in few weeks, so that all who are interesting in a healthy work-out will be able to read and follow step by step my plan.

Todays work out which started at 7.00 a.m. :
-Running 90min
-Arms : • 5 push-ups
             • 1 full bridge
             • 10 triceps dips
             • 10 incline push-ups
             • 5 Burpees
-Legs : • 10 squats 
            • 20 lunges 
            • 10 side lunges 
            • 15 standing calf raises
            • 5 jump squats 

-Core : • 30 plank
            • 15 vertical leg crunches
            • 30 oblique crunches
            • 20 side plank
            • 30 plank
